Inspired by the Parisian experience, this playful restaurant recreates the era of Moulin Rouge with colorful vibe. It also plays with the idea of Absinthe, a licorice-flavored liquor made illegally in the early 1900s. It has its own milder version of the drink to imbibe at its full bar as well as other tasty delights flavored with an international touch.
